Shipping and Payment Terms

U.S. Shipments:
If possible, we ship via FedEx Ground although small packages may go by USPS mail. Please provide a street address since FedEx cannot deliver to a P.O.Box. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will normally go via USPS. We will be glad to accommodate requests for variances from these policies. All actual shipping costs will be charged to the customers account.

International Shipments:
All shipping costs will be charged to the customers account; consequently, please advise us as to your choice of shipping method when you place your order. All duties and customs charges must be paid by the customer - these charges cannot be prepaid.

Pro-Forma Invoices:
You may request a pro-forma invoice. Simply send your order, we will price the items currently in stock and return your order to you for your approval and remittance. To insure against prior sale, these items will be held for 15 days pending receipt of your remittance. After 15 days all items will be returned to stock.

Layaway Plan:
We will lay away any item for 30 days with 25% down. If at the end of the 30 day period, the merchandise will be returned to stock less a 10% restocking charge.

Payment:
Remittance may be by check, money order, or credit card. For credit cards please provide credit card number, expiration date and billing address. We do not ship on open account. Please, no cash through the mail.

Returns:
Any item may be returned for store credit within 15 days less a 10% restocking charge.
Items returned must be un-used and in original, re-saleable packaging.

Sales Tax:
New Jersey residents must add 7% state sales tax to their remittance.
